January Event Summary

Transitioning, Reinventing and Advancement

BWF and Linda Rossetti from Golden Seeds, LLC led a provocative conversation about change, transition, and women's advancement. This interactive session featured a framework for understanding transitions along with surprising and useful highlights from our speaker's research with more than two hundred women who successfully reinvented themselves.

The session also explored:

  • The linkages between choices and advancement;
  • Misperceptions that could stand in the way of women leading the lives they imagine; and
  • Valuable interactive exercises designed to help women - as leaders - navigate the unexpected.
