Position Overview:

Reporting to the President & CEO, serve as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team.

Provide overall strategic and operational oversight for finance & accounting.

Collaborate with executive team members on the development and execution of the Company’s strategy, corporate initiatives, planning, policies, and procedures.

Strategically assess and evaluate the current financial processes, systems, metrics/KPI’s, and reporting to upgrade processes to support continue profitable growth.

The successful candidate will bring:

Financial experience with mid to large size companies, preferably in food & beverage consumer packaged goods omnichannel business.

A minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience in a multi-unit business.

Experience in the top financial position is desired, but would also consider proven and ”hungry” financial executives who have a demonstrated track record as a divisional Head of Finance or a Head of FP&A.

Master’s degree/MBA preferred; CPA certification is a plus.
