Polen Capital is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning, expansion, and execution of our cross-channel campaign strategy. The successful candidate will leverage test and learn approaches for building awareness and deepening engagement with key target audiences using web, social media, email, paid advertising and search marketing mediums. We seek a dynamic digital generalist and team player to join our Boca Raton, FL or Boston, MA office. 

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns designed to build brand awareness and drive client/prospect engagement
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, focusing on creative problem solving with the ability to source industry examples
• Adopt a test and learn approach, leveraging data to develop hypotheses for improving key performance indicators across channels
• Provide administrative coverage for marketing automation platform and email deliverability system, regularly testing features and functionality
• Work to maintain a content pipeline of social media post ideas to support investment content, community engagement and 3rd party media opportunities
• Coordinate logistics for a variety of in-house video shoots with spokespeople and subject matter experts across all office locations
• Help manage ecosystem of custom URL tags for campaign success tracking and measurement across marketing mediums and distribution channels
• Support paid media efforts across various online advertising platforms, concepting creative and messaging tests to optimize spend and drive results (followers, clicks)
• Document current workflow processes and make optimization suggestions to improve speed to market and resource scalability
• Maintain vendor relationships with a variety of creative agencies, production partners and strategy consultants, helping to prioritize projects and competing tasks
• Demonstrate exceptional project management skills and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality results
• Build strong, positive interpersonal working relationships with Marketing and key business partners across Distribution, Analytics and HR
• Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team operating with relevant industry and competitor insights

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• 3 - 5 years of omni-channel digital expertise
• Proven practice of relevant digital marketing best practices
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, team-oriented environment
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)
• Demonstrated success with online advertising/paid promotion (Google, LinkedIn preferred)
• Ability to navigate a social media content management system (ContentCal a plus)
• Familiarity with web content management system (WordPress, Oracle)
• Prior experience in financial services and/or investment management not required
• Ability to effectively collaborate with different people and work styles
• Commitment to agility, continuous learning, and improvement
