Jump start 2013 with a program designed for workplace success.

We all know talented employees who fail to thrive because they don’t work well with their managers.  In other words, employees who fail to manage up.   We also know managers who are stymied in overseeing their direct reports due to mismatched styles or misconstrued relationships.  In other words, managers who are ineffective.

This "fireside chat" program examines the challenges of managing your boss as well as the  demands of overseeing support staff.

Speakers:

Brenda Duane, HR Professional, Sarepta Therapeutics.  Brenda is a senior-level HR management professional with 17 years progressive experience across biotech, high-tech and consulting industries.
