Join Boston Women in Finance on Feb 11th to learn how to stay fired up without burning out.  In today's fast-paced, round-the-clock business climate, how do you tackle the demanding work load and remain energized and engaged in your work?  How do you take your role and organization to the next level without compromising your well-being?  The good news is that burnout is not inevitable and, in this session you will learn:

     Realistic ways to build your resilience and stay energized 

     The critical questions to ask when juggling competing priorities 

     Why managing energy is far more effective than managing your time

     Strategies for preventing burnout in the people you manage 

 

Registration: 

Registration is $15 for BWF Members, and $30 for Non-members.  Lunch is included in your ticket cost.

About our Speaker:

  Faun Zarge is an employee burnout and resilience expert who teaches clients how to reduce burnout and build a culture where their employees are pumped to go to work every day. With 20+ years in the work-life field, Faun works with a diversity of organizations and sectors-- nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies—and has extensive experience developing women and employees new to leadership. She is a high-energy speaker, trainer and coach who brings an exceptional understanding of personal dynamics and expertise in the critical skills needed to minimize burnout. Faun previously worked for Ceridian (formerly Work/Family Directions) advising and training employees nationwide on a wide range of work/life issues, and at a Boston independent school as the Director of Strategic Engagement. She holds a B.A in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, has been quoted in The New York Times and Fast Company and been featured in numerous other media outlets. Faun is known for her highly-interactive and practical programs and the tremendous impact she has on participants and their organizations.
