Sue Pardus, Partner, KLR Executive Search Group, LLC
Sue focuses on senior level search execution for clients in the Firm’s Financial Services, Real Estate, and Industrial/Middle Market practice groups. Sue joined KLR Executive Search Group in conjunction with the merger of Kiradjieff & Goode where she was an Executive Vice President & Equity Partner.
Earlier in her career, Sue was a Senior Vice President & Managing Director at BankBoston, Fleet, and Bank of America. She successfully completed the Loan Officer Development Program at BankBoston and subsequently worked in several Corporate Banking Groups. Sue graduated from Bowdoin cum laude and High Honors from Boston University’s Executive MBA Program.
Ariane Famiglietti, Talent Director/ Market Manager, Kforce, Rhode Island.
Ariane has been with Kforce for seven years specializing in full life cycle recruiting. She focuses on the temporary and contract market positions in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Project Management, Administrative, Customer Service and more. Ariane loves her job because she gets to play matchmaker between dynamic companies and accomplished people every day. In her spare time she volunteers with Rhode Island Youth Theatre and Year Up.
Gillian Morris, Talent Associate & Account Manager, Kforce, Boston
Gilliian is with Kforce's team in Boston where she specializes in full-time and permanent positions in Finance, Accounting and Healthcare Revenue Cycle. She loves working with job-seekers and employers to help achieve their goals and just enjoys working with people in general. Gillian is originally from the southern most part of Canada - Windsor, Ontario - and has lived in Michigan and North Carolina before settling in Boston last year with her husband and cat.

Kerri Casarano is a Finance and Accounting professional. She is currently employed by Kforce, a professional staffing firm specializing in the placement of Finance and IT professionals in the Boston area. Kerri works with clients to help determine staff augmentation needs to offset demands due to projects, initiatives, and employee gaps. Prior to Kforce, Kerri spent 15 years working for the State of Massachusetts in the affordable housing space as a Finance professional.
