Is 2017 the year that you will step back to evaluate your options? Is it time to reinvent your professional self?

Join BWF and Linda Rossetti from Golden Seeds, LLC for a provocative conversation about change, transition and women's advancement. This interactive session will feature a framework for understanding transitions along with surprising and useful highlights from our speaker's research with more than two hundred women who
successfully reinvented themselves. The session will also explore:

  • The linkages between choices and advancement;
  • Misperceptions that could stand in the way of women leading the lives they imagine; and
  • Valuable interactive exercises designed to help women - as leaders - navigate the unexpected.
