About Our Presenter:
Matt Poepsel, PhD
Vice President, Product
Matt is the Vice President of Product at The Predictive Index where he leads the company’s product developments across the areas of science, technology, and transformative management workshops. Prior to joining the Predictive Index, Matt co-founded Covocative, a web-based coaching software company. Matt spent six years in the US Marine Corps serving as an Arabic Linguist and a Reconnaissance Marine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Excelsior College. He received his MBA and a second masters degree in management information systems from Boston University. He earned his PhD in Psychology from Capella University where he researched the effectiveness of technology-enabled coaching.
