Very few professionals have found an acceptable definition of “work-life balance”- some even think it is a myth! Whatever your definition, let’s all talk over lunch on December 16, 2015. It is all about staying productive, efficient, and at the same time in good spirit!
If you have figured this all out, still join us and share your experience with us. Let’s hear how other colleagues have juggled professional / personal life situations we all deal with at some point - whether it is work / career related, health situation, family emergency, and personal wellbeing.
If you have work-life imbalance, like most of us, this discussion is for you too! We can all use some more tips on how to manage it all.

Jodi Ecker Detjen is the co-founder of Orange Grove Consulting, which is an innovative training and leadership development consultancy focused on helping women and organizations eliminate outdated “rules” and structures that stifle creativity and innovation. She is also co-author of The Orange Line: A Woman’s Guide to Integrating Career, Family and Life. She previously served as an international management consultant for American Management Systems.
Jodi serves as a faculty member at Suffolk University- Sawyer Business School, teaching Management and Entrepreneurship. She has a MA from Duke University, and a BS from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Beverly is a professor and lecturer at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. She is a Certified Behavioral Analyst and Values Analyst, and lectures on Leadership and Social Responsibility. She has taught Organizational Behavior, Small Business Management and Dealing with Difficult People. She holds a BSBA and a MBA from Suffolk University.
Beverly is a mother of three children and has 12 pets!
